Carol Chandler of Dixon will present “German POW’s in Illinois During WW II.” Carol is a member of the Lee County Genealogical Society, volunteers there, and enjoys doing research for individuals. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and has now retiredi after 40 years of hospital nursing. She has three children, five grandchildren, and a great-grandchild. She also enjoys reading and gardening.
